Considering the above, this Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn.

Insofar as the amount as is deposited by the Petitioner in this Court pursuant to the order dated 06.05.2016 is concerned, the Respondent is permitted to withdraw the said amount along with accrued interest.

After the amount has been withdrawn, the Respondent shall
