Bhausaheb Nabde vs. The Sub Divisional Officer, Ahmednagar and others) and connected petitions dated 04.08.2025, Writ Petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail of alternate remedy of filing a civil suit. Pending civil application also stands disposed of.

Interim order dated 15.10.2024 shall continue upto 15.11.2025. Period spent in this Court shall be excluded for computing the limitation period as per Section 14 of the Limitation Act.
