In this First Appeal by the acquiring body, the sole claimant having died on 03.05.2013. By the order dated 25.06.2018 the appeal was disposed of as abated. By this application now the acquiring body is seeking to bring on record the legal representatives of the original claimant and praying for setting aside of the abatement.

The learned advocate Mr. Koshti submits that he has no objection.
