When the matter is called out, none appears for the applicant. The relevant document adumbrates that this application for condonation of delay is pending since 2016. The applicant did not pursue the matter with due diligence for service of notice to respondents No. 4 to 7 to secure their presence. It also appears that learned counsel for applicant remained absence since long. On the last occasion also no one turn up on behalf of applicant. This conduct on the part of applicant shows that he is not interested in prosecuting the matter. Therefore, I do not find it proper to keep alive the application for condonation delay, which is pending since 2016. Hence, application stands dismissed for want of prosecution. No order as to costs.

2. In view of dismissal of application for condonation of delay, nothing survives for consideration in pending civil application and the same stands disposed of accordingly.
