ORDER :

The petition is filed for giving directions to the respondents to decide the proposal given by the petitioner to respondent No. 2 for approval in respect of the appointment made of petitioner on the establishment of respondent No. 3.

The learned A.G.P. submits that the Government Resolutions in respect of surplus teachers need to be considered.

The Education Officer is expected to consider all the Rules and Regulations in that regard and after that to take decision on the proposal of petitioner on its own merits within 60 days from today. In those terms the petition is disposed of.
