Heard the learned counsel for the parties.
Applications for condonation of delay:
For the reasons stated in the applications, the delay stands condoned. The applications stand allowed. Appeals be registered. Applications for stay:
Since the amount is already deposited by the appellant in this Court, excluding the amount of interest from the date of notification till the date of award, there shall be stay to the impugned judgment and award pending the first appeals. The applications stand allowed and disposed of.

Applications for withdrawal of amount:
These applications are for withdrawal of the amount deposited by the appellant in the office of this Court. The learned counsel for the applicants placed reliance on the order dated 11th December, 2019 passed by this Court in Civil Application No.7991 of 2019. The said proceedings are arising out of the same acquisition proceedings. There is no dispute over it. Hence, the following order:-
O R D E R
I.
The applicants are permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount alongwith accrued interest deposited in this Court on furnishing usual undertaking. Further 25% of the amount with accrued interest is allowed to be withdrawn on furnishing solvent surety/security to the satisfaction of the learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. The remaining amount be kept in fixed deposit in any nationalized bank till disposal of the appeals. II.
With this, the civil applications for withdrawal of amount stand disposed of.
