Mr.Vibhute, learned counsel submits that petitioner belongs to ST category. The petitioner had applied for the post of Welder, which was meant for ST category. The petitioner is selected, however, it is shown that Respondent No.5 is selected for the post of Welder. The Respondent No.5 is from SC category. The post of turner is meant for SC category. Even Respondent No.5 can not be appointed to the post of Welder. In fact, Respondent No.5 can be considered for the post of Turner. The Respondent NO.5 though served, none appears for Respondent No.5.

We have heard learned counsel for the Respondents. Respondent Nos.2 to 4 are required to fill in the post as per the advertisement. The Respondent Nos.2 to 4 shall consider the objections of the petitioner of he belonging to ST category and the post of Welder being available from ST category, so also shall consider the case of Respondent No.5, who has applied from SC category and the post available for SC category. The Respondent Nos.2 to 4 shall take decision in this regard expeditiously, preferably within two (2) months.

The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
