We are told that the charge-sheet is also filed against seven accused. But, having regard to the facts of the case, specially the fact that accused nos. 6 and 7 who are applicant nos. 5 and 6 here, do not reside in Nanded district, but are staying in Chattisgad State, their proximity to the commission of offence is doubtful.
