The learned counsel submits that the petitioner would restrict the petition to the extent of prayer clause (B) i.e. his application for renewal of licence be decided.

In case, the application of the petitioner for renewal of licence is pending with respondent No.2, then the competent authority shall take decision upon it, preferably within three months. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
