This Civil application has been moved by the Sansthan in light of the resolution No. 454 of the Ad hoc Committee meeting held on 03.07.2024 chaired by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Ahmednagar, whereby, it was resolved to start an eye bank in the Shree Sainath Rugnalaya.

The estimated cost is Rs. 37,39,800/. Since the donor is to donate the machinery, permission is sought to spend an amount of Rs. 3,92,000/-. Take appropriate steps in light of the resolution. 3.

The Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B', which reads as under:

"(B) The Applicant may kindly be permitted to implement the Resolution No. 454 dtd. 03.07.2023 r/w E-Mail dtd. 07.08.2024 pursuant to which the Applicant Sansthan may kindly be permitted to submit necessary proposal to the State 1/2

912 CA 10723 OF 2024.odt Government for establishment of the Eye Bank at Shree Sainath Rugnalaya for which an estimated amount of Rs. 3,92,000/- (Rs. Three Lacs Ninety Two Thousand Rupees) is required to be spent."
