Heard the learned counsel for the applicant.

The applicant was absent since long. Hence, non-bailable warrant was issued against him. Instead of assigning reasons for his absence, he is barely seeking recall of the order of issuance of non-bailable warrant.

The matter is old. There is no progress in the trial. However, the applicant appeared before the Court before execution of warrant. Therefore, in the interest of justice, order issuing nonbailable warrant against the applicant, dated 10.09.2024, stands called back.

Criminal Application No.4142 of 2024 stands disposed of. 5.
