Heard the learned advocate for the applicants, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondent-State and learned advocate for the informant.

Taking into consideration the allegations made in the FIR against the applicants and the role attributed to them and on going through the investigation papers, this Court is of the view that custodial detention of the applicants is not warranted in the facts of the present case, the applicants being women are entitled for protection.

The applications are allowed in terms of interim order dated 21st October, 2022.
