Here is an application for relaxation of condition imposed while releasing the Applicants on bail in Crime No.I-190 of 2013 registered with Sangamner City Police Station.

Heard Mr. N. B. Narwade, learned counsel for Applicants and Mr. A. R. Kale, learned APP for the State. Perused order dated 3rd May, 2014 passed by this Court in Criminal Application No.1685 of 2014. Charge-sheet has been filed. Learned counsel for Applicants submits that case has been committed to the Court of Sessions.

In view of the above condition to attend Sangamner Police Station is relaxed.

Criminal Application No.5637 of 2015 is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B).
