Mr. Mahajan, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that pension proposal of the petitioner has been forwarded by the respondent- University to respondent No.4- The Joint Director of Health Education, Jalgaon Division, Jalgaon. Some queries were raised by the Joint Director of Health Education to the respondent University. 2.

Learned AGP waives notice for respondent Nos. 1 to 4 State. Mr. Bolkar, learned counsel waives notice for respondent- University.

If the proposal for grant of pension to the petitioner is pending with respondent No.4,then respondent No.4 shall forwarded the same to respondent no.2 with its notings. Respondent No. 4 shall consider the clarification

given by the petitioner and the University with regard to the non requirement of NET/SET.

The proposal shall be forwarded by respondent No.4 to respondent No.2 within three months and thereafter decision shall be taken on the proposal by respondent No.2 expeditiously.
