Heard Mr Kadam, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant.

By the present application, the applicant seeks restoration of Criminal Writ Petition No.1132 of 2015, which stood dismissed pursuant to the conditional order passed by this Court on 15th September, 2015, for failure to remove office objections.

Mr Kadam submits that he will remove office objections, within a period of four weeks from today. The said statement is accepted as an undertaking to the Court. The order dismissing Criminal Writ Petition No.1132 of 2015 is re-called, subject to payment of costs of Rs.2,000/- to be deposited with the Library of Advocates Association of Bombay High Court at Aurangabad, within a period of two weeks from today.

If the office objections are removed within stipulated period, the order passed by this Court on 1st September, 2015, in Criminal Writ Petition No.1132 of 2015, shall stand restored, including that of interim stay. The notice period is extended by four weeks from the date of restoration.
