Civil application No.11852 of 2024 is filed for withdrawal of the amount deposited as per the award of the reference court. Perused the application and heard both sides.

Learned advocate for the applicants pointed out that the amount of compensation awarded by the reference court is not more than four times of the amount awarded by the S.L.A.O. and therefore, the application deserves to be allowed. The application is accordingly allowed in terms of prayer clause "B" and disposed of. The applicants are permitted to withdraw the amount deposited by the acquiring body on furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of Registrar (Judicial) of this Court with accrued interest thereon. 3.

In so far as the civil applications for grant of stay to the impugned judgment and award are concerned, there shall be interim stay to the impugned judgment and award passed by the reference court in the respective matters, subject to deposit of the entire amount of compensation awarded by the reference court in the respective matter, if any, within a period of eight weeks from today. The civil applications for stay are disposed of. 4.

List the civil applications for condonation of delay on 17.03.2025.
