This is an application filed by the appellant Insurance company to stay the execution and operation of the impugned award. The learned counsel appearing for respondents 1 to 6 opposed the application. Learned counsel appearing for the appellant submits the appellant is ready to deposit the entire amount of compensation together with interest within a period of four weeks from today.

In view of the above and for the reasons stated in the application, the execution and operation of the impugned award is stayed on condition that appellant shall deposit the entire amount of compensation together with interest in this Court within a period of four weeks.

Civil application is disposed of.
