The application at an appellate stage has been moved by the appellants to appoint the TILR to measure the suit property. However, by the impugned order, the appellate court has held that already the measurement has been conducted through a TILR, which the defendants has not raised any objection and the map is also at Exhibit 72 is also proved in evidence of the TILR / PW - 3. As such, the appellate court has observed that there is no further necessity to get the suit property measured through the TILR.

I see no reason to interfere in the impugned order and, as such, the writ petition stands dismissed.
