The grievance of the petitioner is that he is not given a choice posting as per the Government Resolution. The petitioner is working in PESA/Tribal area. A choice posting is to be given only if the vacancies are available at the place of choice of the petitioner. The petitioner has already approached the Education Officer for the said purpose.

The petitioner may prosecute his application/ representation with the Education Officer as per the notification dated 23.07.2018 and the Government Resolution dated

*2* 911wp11226o22 05.03.2015. The Education Officer shall take a decision upon the said representation in accordance with law and considering the availability of the vacancies, expeditiously and preferably on or before 30.12.2022.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off. No costs.
