This application is filed by the applicants for transit anticipatory bail. Applicants are implicated in crime No.0407 of 2022, registered with Sarojani Nagar Police Station, District Lackhnow Central (Uttar Pradesh) for offence punishable under Sections 26, 30 of the Arms Act.

After arguing at length on merits, when this Court was not inclined to grant relief, learned advocate for the applicants, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the application with liberty to approach the concerned Court at Lackhnow.
