Mr Patil, learned counsel submits that respondent No.2 has recommended proposal of the petitioner for approval as Hostel Superintendent to respondent No. 1 on 11.03.2019 but the decision is not taken by the respondent No.1 as yet.

In case the proposal is recommended by respondent No.2 to respondent No.1 ( Page 24) and the same is pending with respondent No.1, then respondent No.1 shall take decision upon it on its own merits, preferably within six months.

Writ petition disposed of. No costs.
