1) The application is filed for relaxation of condition imposed in order made on Criminal Application No.5046/2014. The said application was allowed and bail was granted and condition was imposed to prevent the applicant from entering the village. It appears that the case is now fixed for hearing. It appears that after death of the wife the applicant had entered in the village. But that incident was ignored. There is no need to relax the condition. The application is disposed of as rejected.
