The applicants/petitioners pray for setting aside the order of the learned Registrar dated 04/09/2017 by which registration was refused to the writ petition for non removal of office objections. 2.

Considering the above, this application is allowed. All office objections shall be removed on or before 30/08/2018, failing which this order shall stand recalled and the order of the learned Registrar dated 04/09/2017 shall stand restored. If all objections are Kranti Hansraj Shekatkar removed, the said order dated 04/09/2017 is set aside and the writ petition be listed for admission on 10/09/2018.
