Issue notice to respondents, learned AGP for both respondents. 3.

Present application is filed by the applicants-original claimants seeking permission to bring on record proposed L.Rs of the deceased appellant -Digambar Prabhu More on record.

In view of the nature of the subject-matter and reasons mentioned in the application, there is no impediment to allow the proposed L.Rs. of the deceased appellant to cause their appearance on record being appellants in the matter. Hence, application stands allowed in terms of prayer clauses "B" and "C". The delay stands condoned. The order of abating the appeal, if any, is hereby quashed and set aside. The applicants to carry out necessary amendment within two weeks from today.
