In view of no objection of the respondent to set aside the impugned judgment and decree passed by the First Appellate Court in R.C.A. No. 24/2014, present appeal stands allowed. The impugned judgment and decree dated 20/08/2018 passed in Reg.C.A. No. 24/2014 by District Judge-2, Bhoom is set aside. No order as to costs. Pending civil application, if any, stands disposed of.
