Mr. Dhase, the learned counsel submits that, though management has submitted proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner on compassionate ground. The same is pending since 2014, however, no decision has been taken upon the said proposal. Even representations are given by the petitioner, but of no avail.

In case the proposal forwarded by the management seeking

2 wp 10524.14 approval to the appointment of the petitioner on compassionate ground is pending consideration with the respondent No. 5, the respondent No. 5 shall decide the same on its own merits expeditiously and preferably within a period of four (4) months from today.
