The learned advocate for the petitioner submits, on instructions, that he will deposit the 50% amount before the Revisional Authority at Aurangabad in Miscellaneous Application No.59/2017 and thereafter, the authority may consider the revision proceeding under Section 154 of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off. The day on which the petitioner deposits the 50% amount as is required under Section 154(2-A) of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960, the Divisional Joint Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Aurangabad shall register the revision proceeding, if not already registered, and thereafter, shall issue notice and decide the proceeding expeditiously. kps (RAVINDRA V.
