For the reasons to be recorded separately, I pass the following order.

ORDER

(i) Anticipatory Bail Application No.1349 of 2021 is allowed and stands disposed of.

(ii)In the event of arrest of applicants in connection with Crime No.0527 of 2021 registered with Kadim Jalna Police Station (Rural), Dist. Jalna, the applicants be released on bail on executing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- each, with one or two sureties in the like amount.

(iii)Applicants shall report Investigating Officer on 13th, 14th and 15th December, 2021 at 11.00 am to 01.00 pm and as and when called for, till filing chargesheet. (iv)Criminal Application No.2781 of 2021 stands disposed of.
