Present application has been filed for stay to the judgment and award passed by the reference Court. Though order was not passed on this application, yet the applicant No.1 has deposited the entire decreetal amount in this Court. When the acquiring body intends to file the appeal challenging the quantum awarded by the reference Court, there shall be stay in terms of prayer clause '
