Heard. The applicant is permitted to withdraw 60 per cent of the amount deposited in the Court subject to furnishing undertaking to the effect that in the event any adverse order is passed against the applicant, applicant will redeposit the said amount within a period of four months of passing such order. Balance 40 per cent amount be kept in any nationalized Bank in Fixed Deposit Receipt, initially for a period of two years, and if so required, to renew the said Fixed Deposit Receipts for further period, till disposal of the appeal.
