On 26.09.2023, we had recorded the statement of the Petitioner that he desires to approach the Hon'ble the Chief Justice of the Bombay High Court for a transfer of his matter to the Principal Seat, since similar matters have been clubbed and are placed before the Principal Seat. We had, therefore, directed the Registry to place this order before the Hon'ble the Chief Justice. 2.

Today, the learned advocate for the Petitioner submits on instructions that the Petitioner has circulated a motion for seeking withdrawal of this Petition and approach the learned Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal at Aurangabad.

In view of the above statement, this Writ Petition is disposed off as withdrawn on instructions.
