Leave to correct the prayer clause 'BB' and 'CC' to mention the correct Summary Criminal Case No. 135/2020 instead of Summary Criminal Case No. 35/2020.

The learned counsel for respondent No. 2 on instruction submits that the charge is already framed by the Trial Court and the trial is commenced.

In the instant case, crime No. 174/2019 came to be registered with Sonai Police Station, Taluka Newasa, District Ahmednagar on 18.5.2019 against the present applicants for the offence punishable under sections 143, 147, 354, 323, 504, 506 of I.P.C. and under sections 37(1), 37(3) and 135 of Bombay Police Act.

Cri.Appln.No.3196/2019 Furthermore, present investigation is over and chargesheet has been submitted and Summary Criminal Case No. 135/2020 is pending before the Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Newasa, District Ahmednagar.
