Leave to correct description of respondent no. 2. 2.

This petition can be disposed of by issuing directions to respondent no. 2 to decide the tribe certificate verification proposal of petitioner pending with it as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of eight months from today and, it is accordingly directed. Meanwhile, respondents 3 and 4 shall not take any coercive action against petitioner and shall permit him to appear for the examination.

Petitioner has made a grievance that the university has not issued mark-sheet of the previous examination on account of failure of petitioner to submit validation certificate. Respondent no. 3 is directed to issue mark-sheet to the petitioner and shall also permit the petitioner to appear for the examination.
