The petitioner's proposal seeking sanction of the Science College at Rajur-G, Tq.Bhokardan, District Jalna, is pending with the Government. The University has forwarded the proposal with favourable remarks considering it's perspective plan. The said proposal has to be decided prior to 31.01.2023 so as to enable the petitioner to commence imparting education from the academic year 2023-2024.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off.
