Rule. Rule made returnable forthwith. By consent, heard both the sides for final disposal. 2.

The proceeding is filed for giving direction to the respondents to decide the

W.P. No.11273/16 application filed under section 28-A of the Land Acquisition Act before the Special Land Acquisition Officer on the basis of common judgment delivered by the Reference Court. It is contended that when the application was given on 24.9.2014, the proceeding is not yet decided. 3.

In view of this circumstance, direction is given to the respondents to decide the matter within three months from the date of receipt of this order.

In those terms, rule is made absolute.
