1] Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that validation proceedings is pending from 11.08.2004 and on 01.09.2015 hearing was also concluded, but the judgment is not delivered as yet.

2] Learned AGP accepts notice for respondentState. 3] In case the proposal for validation of the caste claim of the petitioner is pending with respondent no.2, then respondent no.2 shall decide the same, on it's own merits, in accordance with law, preferably within 04 [four] months from the date of appearance of the petitioner.

12936.21WP 4] The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 9th December, 2021.

5] The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
