Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned APP for the State.

The present case has a checkered history. The applicant was unsuccessful in getting the anticipatory bail till the Hon'ble Supreme Court. She moved an application before the learned Sessions Court describing the said application as application for bail. However, the learned Sessions Court treated the said application simply for surrender. She was taken into custody. In view of the matter, the temporary bail was refused by this Court. 3.

Learned APP would submit that the applicant had moved an application for bail before the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Nanded. He has granted her bail. Therefore, the present application has become infructuous. He has also produced the copy of the order

927-ba-1814-2022.odt (2) granting bail by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-2, Nanded. Learned counsel for the applicant admits the fact that the applicant has been released on bail.
