The petitioner's proposal has been pending with respondent no. 2scrutiny committee for validation of 'Mannervarlu' scheduled tribe certificate for more than two years.

Issue notice for final disposal 4.

The learned A.G.P. waives service for all the respondents. 5.

The learned A.G.P., on instructions, submits that the committee would decide the petitioner's proposal within six months. 6.

We accept the statement as an undertaking to the Court and dispose of the writ petition directing respondent no. 2-scrutiny committee to decide the petitioner's proposal, as expeditiously as possible, and in any case within six months.

The services of the petitioner with respondent no. 3 shall stand protected till the time the committee decides his proposal. However, the petitioner shall cooperate with the committee and shall not miss any date whenever he is called upon to attend.
