The petitioner's proposal has been pending with respondent no. 2scrutiny committee for validation of his 'Mannervarlu' scheduled tribe certificate.

Issue notice for final disposal.

The learned A.G.P. waives service for all the respondents. 5.

The learned A.G.P., on instructions, submits that the committee would decide the petitioner's proposal within nine months. 6.

We accept the statement as an undertaking to the Court and dispose of the writ petition with such a direction, with a further direction that the petitioner's services shall stand protected till the time the committee decides the proposal.
