The petitioner is seeking tribe certificate. The proposal has been pending with the respondent who is the competent authority under the Maharashtra Act No.XXIII of 2001 for issuance of tribe or caste certificate.

It is being pointed out that the petitioner's real brother Ishwar has been held entitled to have a tribe certificate of 'Koli Mahadev' in the order passed by the scrutiny committee which is an appellate authority by its judgment and order dated 22.01.2021. 3.
