Heard Mr. Morampalle, learned AGP for the applicants/ State and Mr. P.C. Mayure, learned counsel for the respondents / claimants.

For the reasons stated in the application for condonation of delay in para Nos. 2 to 4, the delay needs to be condoned to decide the appeals on its own merits.

O R D E R

(i) The applications are hereby allowed in terms of prayer clause (B).

(ii) The Registry to make scrutiny of the appeals as per procedure and those be numbered and place before the Court for admission.

(iii) The civil applications are accordingly disposed of.

These are the applications for stay moved by the State. 5.

Heard Mr. Morampalle, learned AGP for the applicants/ State and Mr. P.C. Mayure, learned counsel for the respondents / claimants.

It is revealed during the course of argument that the State has deposited the entire decretal amount under the impugned judgments and awards and complied with the interim stay order.

As such, the interim stay needs to be confirmed till final decision of the appeal.

O R D E R

(i) The applications are hereby allowed in terms of prayer clause (B).
