Heard learned counsels for respective parties. 2.

The present petition takes exception to order dated 01.09.2022 passed by District Superintendent of Land Record, Jalna in Appeal/S.R. 375/2022, whereby, District Superintendent of Land Record condoned the delay.

Learned AGP raised preliminary objection about maintainability of the Petition on the ground that the Petitioner is having alternate and efficacious remedy of filing revision.

4.

In view of that, present Petition is disposed of as not maintainable. Petitioner is at liberty to file revision within a period of six weeks from today.

5.

Interim relief to continue for a period of three weeks from today.
