This Court, vide order dated 27th February, 2015, directed the Scrutiny Committee to decide the validation proceedings within one year. Eight months have lapsed after the time period is over. Learned AGP, on instructions, states that report from the Vigilance is not yet received.

The petitioner is in 3rd Year M.B.B.S. In case, the claim of the petitioner is invalidated, he will be required to pay fees even of previous years. The Committee is required to decide the validation proceedings expeditiously. We expect the Committee to decide the same at least within six months now. The petitioner is also expected to cooperate in the said proceedings.

Civil Application is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
