By way of this application, the applicant-wife is seeking correction in the name of learned Family Court mentioned in Miscellaneous Civil Application No.138 of 2022 According to the applicant the name of court is inadvertently mentioned as learned Civil Judge (Senior Division) Thane in stead of Family Court Thane. 2.

It is to be noted here that in the aforesaid miscellaneous application the respondent had not appeared despite service of final disposal notice.

The applicant is claiming that the Hindu Marriage Petition No. 499 of 2017 which was sought to be transferred in the aforesaid application was in fact filed in Family Court Thane in stead of Court of Civil Judge (S.D.) Thane. Under such circumstances, the application is allowed and applicant wife is permitted to correct the name of the court in the aforesaid miscellaneous application No.138 of 2022 as Family Court Thane in stead of Civil Judge (S.D.)

2 call papers ca 14891-22 Thane. Moreover, in the order dated 07/10/2022 passed in MCA No. 138 of 2022 the name of Court be read as 'Family Court Thane', in stead of 'Court of Civil Judge (S.D.) Thane' wherever necessary. The corrected copy be uploaded.
