Mr. J.R.Shah, learned counsel submits that he has made limited prayer to the extent that the application filed by the petitioner seeking development permission dated 11.08.2015 be directed to be decided by the respondent No 5. 2.

Mr. Kakade, learned advocate for the respondent No.5 submits that in case the application dated 11.08.2015 filed by the petitioner is pending with the respondent No.5, then respondent No. 5 shall take decision upon on its own merits within three months. The statement is accepted.
