We have heard Mr. Ambetkar, learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned counsel submits that show cause notice issued to the petitioner is erroneous and against the facts on record.

Mr Pulkundwar, learned AGP appears for respondent Nos. 1 and 2.

The petitioner is issued with show cause notice. The petitioner is required to file reply. The Chief Executive officer naturally will have to consider the reply and take decision. If the decision goes against the petitioner, the petitioner will have remedy before the Divisional Commissioner.

As the Writ petition is filed against the show cause notice, at present, we are not inclined to pass any order. All contentions of the parties are kept open. 6.

Writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
