PER COURT :- 1.

Vide the present application dual request is made - (I) to release applicants on temporary bail for a period of six (6) months, OR (II) hear the criminal appeal finally.

The learned counsel submits that, the daughter of the applicant is residing with the sister of the applicant No. 1. It is necessary to arrange for the marriage of the daughter and to find the bridegroom.

Mr. Nerlikar, learned A. P. P. appears for the respondent and submits that, the application for bail has been rejected on merits by this Court and there is no provision for temporary bail.

We are not convinced with the reasons given for bail. The application for bail has been rejected on merits. The paper book is filed. The learned A. P. P. states that, there are some objections with the paper book. The learned counsel for the applicants shall remove those objections. 5.

Fix the appeal for final hearing in the week commencing from 15th February, 2016.

Criminal application disposed of.
