The applicants-original claimants in all these applications are seeking condonation of delay of 2920 days in fling the appeals, which according to them, has been caused due to their poor fnancial condition.

The learned AGP as well the learned counsel for the acquiring body strongly opposed the applications on the ground that no reasonable cause is mentioned for condoning the delay. 4.

However, considering the statutory right of the applicants and for the reasons stated in the applications, the applications are allowed and the delay of 2920 days stands condoned subject to

2 951 ca 8101-22+ condition that the applicants shall not claim any interest for the period of aforesaid delay periods.

The applications are accordingly disposed of. 6.

The respective appeals be placed for admissions after removal of offce objections, if any.
