Contempt Petition No. 77 of 2018 is not on board. Taken on board.

The name of the petitioner No. 2 in Contempt Petition No. 369 of 2016 be corrected as "Sarika".

The learned advocates representing the petitioners submit that identical contempt petitions have already been disposed of with certain directions vide order dated 01.07.2022. These petitions were left out, due to inadvertence on the part of the petitioners. 4.
The learned advocates for the petitioners submit on instructions that the Education Officer has already submitted the chart of calculations on the basis of which the amounts have been quantified and are to be disbursed. None of these petitioners object to the said calculations, though there may be very minor figures which may not tally, but these petitioners do not make an issue out of it. They are willing to accept the calculations as set out in the affidavit in reply by

In view of the above, these petitions are disposed off. As there is no dispute as regard the calculations made, we expect the concerned authorities to disburse the amounts to the petitioners as per their shares quantified, on or before 15.10.2022 considering the statement made in the affidavit in reply.
