However, since last two dates the matter was adjourned since the learned counsel for the applicant sought time to take instructions and he was busy in another Court. The application is pending since 2019. There were no interim orders.

The applicant has filed an application for transferring the proceeding pending before the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, Railway Mobile Court, Andheri, Mumbai to Court of Judicial Magistrate First Class, Kannad, Aurangbad. However, it appears that the applicant is not interested in prosecuting the application. Sufficient opportunities were given to the
